I think the idea of marriage just freaked Carrie out for various reasons. I never took it to be a hit against her feelings for him or their relationship.
 She just wasn't ready. Just because you love somebody doesn't mean you're ready to marry them.__________________

she didn't marry Big until they were living together for 2 years and was sure he want to get married to be connected to her not to make family and have kids  maybe she needed that time with Aidan __________________

I agree that you can be perfectly happy without being married but also a ring on you finger doesn't change your status. I've always though she did not want to show it.

There's certainly much more C&B coverage over the whole franchise, they have an unfair advantage in that respect
C&A had much less time to develop. __________________

 That's when I knew that Carrie really did love him, as messed up as the whole situation was, I believe she did love him in s3. I think she just got so far into the thing with Big that she didn't know how to get out of it. That's just my opinion though, I know most people here are B/C shippers first and foremost.__________________
