I'm still mad for some deleted scenes we never got to see but heard about:

7x01: BHQ at Jamie's birthday party (you can see them film the scene on a video)
7x21: BH at the grocery store (from spoilers)
7x22: extended igloo scene (from spoilers)
8x20: Rooftop scene at COB (may have been cut from the script due to Joy's pregnancy schedule)

that's true, after all they stopped putting the opening credits for like 3 seasons just so they could include more scenes
and yet, it's like it brought the opposite effect: they had even more deleted scenes

I remember i made a list a while ago with all the deleted scenes not included on the DVD/ dropped storylines / Scenes cut from the script...I'll post it soon.

Season 1

1x09 : Brooke & Lucas making out and falling on the bed (we see this scene in the "previously on..." the next episode)

Season 2

2x02: Nathan & Haley and their wedding gift (that scene was seen in the promo for the episode).

Brooke & Bevin playing "twister" while Peyton is talking to a guy (scene was released on youtube a few years after season 2 aired, i think it was during s5)

Season 3

3x16: Brooke & Peyton walking before heading into the school (was seen in the promo)

3x19: Lucas telling Brooke about his HCM at the rivercourt (was cut due to Chad's acting apparently)

Season 4

4x01: Brooke & Peyton arguing (the scene was released on youtube but isn't on the dvds)

4x16: Brooke & Mouth dancing at prom (again seen in the promo but not on the dvds)

4x17: Lucas requesting a song to the DJ (stills + spoilers)

4x21: Lucas & Peyton kitchen scene (scene filmed reported by a lot of extras that day)

Season 5

5x01: Peyton uncovers her car

5x10: Haley slaps Nathan

5x12: Brooke asks Lucas to be her sperm donor (storyline scrapped)/Brooke's speech at the wedding/Haley running after Lindsey.

5x17: Lucas & Peyton fall on the bed (seen in the promo)

5x18: Peyton & Haley scene at tric was cut from 2.30 to 1.30 (the full scene is on youtube)

Season 6

6x08: Juilan kisses Peyton & grab her by the arm (stills)

6x12: Lucas & Peyton scene at tric (before he leaves)

6x21: Skills/Haley/Jamie scene + Skills/Haley scene at NH's house

6x24: NHJamie with Sawyer at LP's house

Season 7

7x01: Brooke/Haley/Quinn scene (we can see this scene being filmed in the "table round video")

7x09: Brooke & Mouth scene (you can see that scene in the stills or in the director's cut version of the episode that was posted a while ago on Sophia's official site)

7x21: Brooke takes Haley to the grocery store

7x22: Extended Brooke/Haley igloo scene with actual dialogue

Season 8

8x11: Quinn scene deleted (according to Shantel, scene isn't on the dvd's)

8x12: Quinn/Millie/Alex pass by Dave Navarro in a car

8x20: BH on the rooftop of COB (could have been never filmed due to Joy's pregnancy)

Brooke/Julian scene (this scene on paper was awesome, talked about how Brooke felt bad for making him move to NYC when she wouldn't move to LA for him).
