I know it took a minute though right? That is why Brooke/Lucas broke up and Brooke mainly spent time with Rachel? I always thought it was because they wanted them to have as little scenes as possible for awhile since it was so fresh.

And they were together for a big part of season 3.....actually all of 3

Married in April, seperated 5 Months Later which would've been September. However, divorcing take long so probably wasn't divorced until like a lot of months later.

I think episode 3x07 was the episode that was getting filmed at the time.
So FAIR to speculate while filming episode 3x06, the issues in real life were starting. And actually it would sort of make sense.... not that many intimate moments from 3x06 - 3x08 from what I remember. Lucas was hanging out more with Rachel, and Brooke with Nathan, Chris and Haley.

Nathan and Brooke even had a conversation about cheating, ironically.

^ Yes it was but I loved that episode so much! Chad and Sophia did even better after their real life break up even though it was probably difficult for Sophia.

I looove that one too. And I'm sure it brought a lot of old memories and feelings from their breakup (in real life). It must've been hard to shoot that.

I always think about that when I watch their late season 3 scenes how difficult it had to be too film, ESPECIALLY the season 3 finale.
