any surgical procedure he doesn't care about. My dad can't take much more, is looking into retiring in March.

Yeah now HR wants a doctors note to prove he has heart failure. On top of this my dad had to fire somebody, because one of the guys working for the company is harassing an 18yr old boy, by saying very gross vulgar things to him. I guess it's been going on for awhile, and the kid was so uncomfortable he came to my dad about this guy and what he's been doing. Geez!! My dad was so disgusted, he fired him asap!
