Wonderful pictures, and thanks for the link.
I don't really know a lot about her family. I know that I like Steve's music, and thanks to some threads about the relationship of her and her father. |

I appreciate their naturalness and spontaneity. IMO, they are in no way boring.

Aerosmith's Tyler Rocks 'The Polar Express'
Thu, Aug 26, 2004, 10:08 AM PT LOS ANGELES (Zap2it.com) Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler is walking his way to "The Polar Express." The 56-year-old rocker and father of "Lord of the Rings" star Liv Tyler will be seen and heard in the upcoming big-screen adaptation of the Caldecott-winning children's book by Chris Van Allsburg. This dude won't look like a lady, however. In keeping with the holiday theme, Tyler will play one of Santa's elfin helpers. "Polar Express" tells the story of a skeptical young boy who is transported along with other children by a magical train to the North Pole. Tom Hanks stars as the Conductor. Tyler will also lend his trademark vocals to the film's soundtrack, which is comprised of original seasonal-themed songs, including the singer's "Rockin' Around the World." "The Polar Express" pulls in to theaters nationwide on Wednesday, Nov. 10. I have seen the "Polar Express" trailer and can't wait to see the movie. |

TYLER'S MOST VALUED AWARD Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler now can add an especially personal award to his collection – a gold medallion recognizing 17 years of sobriety. "Addiction wore me down," the 55-year-old rocker and honoree shared at the Musicians Assistance Program Awards in Beverly Hills. "It took my children from me. It broke the band up. It made me broke. So when someone turned me on to sobriety, they said, 'Look where you are, man. Your best thinking got you in a locked ward.' And it's amazing. In the blink of an eye, you finally see the light." Tyler, currently touring on a double bill with KISS, is also beaming about the recent marriages of daughters Liv and Mia. So what does he think about the idea of becoming a rock and roll grandpa? "I love it. I've been a mother all my life. It's time to be a daddy." I'm glad he's got sober. How cool would he be as a fater?? __________________

"Playing together as a band for twenty-odd years definitely has its advantages; each instrumental voice distinctly holds its own in an instantly recognizable blend" Rolling Stone’s Mark Coleman writes in his review. "Livin’ On The Edge", "Cryin'", "Crazy", and "Amazing" absoloutely penetrated the MTV airwaves with "Crazy" starring Tyler’s then sixteen year old daughter Liv alongside Alicia Silverstone. The band was reaping hard-earned awards from its new lifestyle from every possible angle.
------------------------------- An old review I found of the "Get A Grip" album that mentioned Liv. That album was great. I didn't take it out of my player for months. I loved loved Liv in those videos, I really wanted to look like her. She was so pretty! And still is of course. I have seen Aerosmith in concert. It was very good. I had really good seats. We were really close to the stage. photo and article credit www.aerosmith.com __________________
