I saw this movie a few years back and though Liv was fantastic in it. Anyone else care to discuss the movie?

It's a cute, funny movie. Liv's performance was the best thing about it. And her chemistry with Chris O'Donnell was terrific.

I'm just watching "The Bachelor" with Renée Zellweger and Chris O'Donnell. They have wonderful chemistry, so that I believe Liv and Chris must be a perfect couple on the set.

I'll have 4 days off, I'll try to rent as many Liv's DVDs as possible. The cover of Cookie's Fortune attracts my attention.

I just finished watching this movie. It was good. Glenn Closes character was a complete wacko!! Julianna Moores character was well played. But Liv completely stole this movie, as usual.

I was so glad to see Camille/Close's character get hers in the end. She was completely crazy for messing up the crime scene. And then keeping all the jewelery in her purse like that, just dumb! Moore's character must have had something wrong with her, she was def not right. I didn't quite get the family twist. Am I right in thinking that Camille is actually Emma/Liv's characters mother? And the man that she thought was her uncle is ended up being actually her dad? Liv and Chris's chemistry was great! It was so funny how they couldn't see each other without kissing madly. As much as I love Liv's hair long, I loved Liv's pixie cut in this movie. But of course, she could shave her head and still be beautiful! I thought it was great how Emma stayed in the jail with Willis. That was just too sweet. For a bit there I thought Willis was going to be the one they got for the murder. But, it all worked out in the end. And speaking of the end..it made me want to go fishing.

Michelle, you have the twist right. That's all I'll say.

I didn't really get the point to that twist in the plot. It really didn't make a heck of alot of sense or have a lot of effect on the outcome. Don't you agree?

You should watch it. It was very well done by our girl, as usual. Glenn Closes character was like fingernails across a chalk board. ughh.

Glenn Close is usually fantastic, but she chewed so much scenery in this movie. The character got on my nerves in a bad way.

I'm not sure to be honest. I'll have to watch the movie again. I remember it did seem to come out of nowhere.

Any title ideas for this thread? How about "The Holly Fishers" or "The Spring Fishers"? Or anything with jail?
