I know everyone must have some bad habits or even weird habits or good ones..well here’s a place to share…maybe some of us will even have some solutions or tips to help us people with our bad habits..so here’s a habit of mine ..

I bite my nails…and I was wondering if anyone can help me to stop it. I gave it up for lent and they grew a lot but ever since the world cup my nails have been shorter than usual…I am open to any ideas thanks!

I used to bite my nails in the 1st-2nd grade, but then I saw someone's nasty-looking nubs for fingers and I stopped cold turkey.

My bad habit is that I crack some of my joints. Not just the typical fingers, toes, knees, ankles, and back joints, but also my shoulders, jaw, hip, and chest. The one that really freaks people out is when I crack my hands because I can push them down all the way forward so my palm touches my arm, and my wrists give out a loud crack. I used to crack my neck, but stopped that cold turkey over ten years ago.

hmm well Sasha i crack my back and fingers but only once and a while....how often do you do it?

I crack my hand like S.A.S.H.A. Not fully but til my hand cracks.

chewing gum...or something. I always have to have something in my mouth. I think that's a habit.

I never chew my nails. I seen a couple of people's fingernails and its... just nasty.

Just thought of another bad habit of mine. I didn't think of it at first because I've been doing it since I was a little kid, so it seems normal to me. But I've always liked the taste of my blood, so I make my lips bleed by biting them and then just peeling away until they sting and bleed.

I used to bite my nails like crazy until I noticed how nice they looked when I didn't. I stopped cold turkey. I like my nails now.

I don't like peeling anywhere, like if my shoulders peel from a sunburn.....I have to peel the flakes from my skin when I see them.

If my arms are feel cold to the touch I have to rub them/keep my hands on them. I always have people ask me if I'm cold in the car with the AC on because I do this. And I'm not really cold, my arms just feel cold and I have to rub them. That one's really weird.

I bite my nails too When I get paid for this powerpoint thing i'm doing i'm going to buy plastic ones to stop my from biting them...


Oh and I twirl my hair... like tie little sections into knots and then pull them out with one hand... just absent mindedly

it's so upseting i try to stop cold turkey but espcially when they are short and have been biten alot it's more harder to stop

i also shake my leg....(but only sometimes)
