Bad timing again
 Didn't sleep well at all where only slept about 4 hours  tried a nap earlier and got maybe 30 minutes  so gonna be trying again very soon after finishing a movie__________________

Not really
just didn't sleep very well last night  slept 4 hours and got maybe an additional 30-45 minutes before 8:30am than gave up __________________

 I saw my orthopedic surgeon Tuesday the 4th of January. He was really impressed with my increased strength and increased range of motion. During the night, my migraine became worse and woke up coughing. I seem to have a chest cold. Both my son and daughter have had similar symptoms. The congestion mostly in my throat and upper chest area. Have a slight sore throat. I cancelled my appointment with my wonderful Rheumatologist(arthritis doctor) Got it cancelled online. I haven't had a chest cold for 5-10 years.  __________________

At 9:15 this morning I called the arthritis clinic and was able to make a ZOOM appointment for the same time of my in person appointment was to be. Was nice to have my appointment wearing my PJs and robe and be sitting on the edge of my bed. I weighed my self and took my blood pressure so that could be recorded. My next appointment will be on April 13th, 2022. I was able to nap some. Drinking lots of fluid/ Not too hungry but making sure I am getting my protein. Don't know how much I will be up and about tomorrow. Take care  friends!!! __________________

 Karen That's a relief that you could Zoom to the arthritis appointment since you aren't feeling well. I hope you and your family kick this cold soon Sarah I'll be around some today, popping in and out as I do work online preparing my classes for the start of the semester. Classes begin Monday. We have meetings all day tomorrow, but they are all virtual again.  __________________

Yes got some Bond to finish than no idea when watch its latest
 same with Matrix I checked out Good Sam a new show starring Sophia Bush and Jason Issac think its got me weekly if rememberOther than that maybe some Fringe as am still slowly watching it for the 1st time__________________

We are supposed to get to fiberoptic internet from our electric company soon, so we are all stoked about that!
 Right now we are using our cell phone provider, basically like hot spot/wifi off the phone, and only one cell service is reliable here, so it's kinda of expensive. __________________
