Haven't posted for a while.

I am grateful I am still able to have Physical Therapy!!! We both wear masks and gloves. The hot packs on my back and neck before the warming ultrasound and warming lotion and 20 minute massage on my right side of my neck, shoulder and upper back and 20 minute massage on the left side, too!!! This prevents me from having pinched nerve migraines!!! I have had one since beginning PT and that was the week I had to miss physical therapy. At least that one lasted only 2 hours and not up to 7-11 days like before!!!

Hope this World wide virus doesn't last much longer!!! We had to cancel our family reunion this year because of it. My mom and 6 living sister's are ages 90 to 102!!!

I am sure many of you had to change vacation plans, too. And with school ending so soon for many kids and families.....

is doing well and staying CVID-19 free!!! I know three people who have lived through it one friend is still coping with pneumonia...the tail end. She has been on antibiotics for a month now. One is a next door neighbor skiing in Austria with his wife. She didn't get it & was was isolated when she got home for several weeks.
