allergies are what get me tired...seems like when I get to my room and try to sleep...often have trouble falling to sleep.

Were you up long during the night???I was up from time to time but not in the mood to chat/post.  Slept most of the day. Time to get ready for Physical therapy. Glad I feel so much better...no more premigraine nausea...... __________________
