Yup I was definitely tired after my productive day! Glad your pedicure still looks good from your birthday. They usually last for about a month.

While finishes up what I was eating, wanted to demonstrate to my daughter how jumpy my nervous symptom is. she saw what happened when I tapped my left knee cap and it looked fake at first. she saw I had my eyes closed. When my right knee was ever so lightly tapped again with my eyes closed, she began to freak out."MOM!!! YOUR tongue is sticking out the whole way like you are dead please talk to let me...let me know you are alive!!! I am alive alright!!!As I slid off the chair onto the floor maintaining consciousness. My body didn't want to stop shaking almost bit my tongue 6 times. Only thing that calmed me down was Lorazapam Went to my room and called the doctor on call from the office. Not an emergency but wanted reassurance and the doctor on call tonight,,,she and I get along great. I had brief facts ready for her, current meds and current problems. And that some Lorazepam was the only thing that allowed me to get any sleep after getting home form er Friday night. Told her how muc and how long I had been on the med and how the primary doctor needed to retire abrubtly due to his wive's cancer prgressed more rapidly than expected. Rebekkah, the on call doctor is a very plesant doctor. She said I was doing everything right. I reminded her I am a retired nurse and need to be careful with the use of Lorazepam in some cases. She said this was the exact type of case to use it especially since I was so shaky I was unable to fall and stay asleep without it. I realize you need to be careful using a C-PAP machine for sleep apnea, lorazepam and narcotic pain med all at the same time,. For many people, combining a narcotic and Lorazepam, it can slow down the breathing way to slow...for some...slow enough to stop breathing. Even with a C-PAP machine.

Oh my gosh, Karen. That sounds like a very serious situation. I'm glad you're ok!

I'll be glad when my neurologist gets back to town...in the mean time hope some one even my primary can give me lorazepam to get me by..I was on it for 20 years at the same dose not even taking it every day. or every week....s needed. But my nervous system is needing something. If I knew the results o the EEG/MRI these episodes seizures???Stop tiptoing around.....let my neurologist's coworker assist me as needed...I am really suffering here...wasting my hubby's time and money and getting me frustrated decreasing my trust in the medical field.

I am calling my doctor as soon as his office opens at 8:30 in the morning.

I am tired. Didn't get my afternoon nap today...too much jerking going on. & Have to have some sort of a sense of humor with all of this....My husband and son use to tie with being the biggest jerks in the family. Today, I proved I was!!!

My sleep schedule is off, I go to sleep around 2 am and wake up either around 9 am, but then go back to sleep til 1 pm, the latest time was 2 pm to wake up!

I wonder how hard it will be to get back to a 11 pm to 7 am schedule!
