Hello How is every ??? I had Physical Therapy for my rotator cuff and sprained hand & thumb and it went well. This therapist doesn't want any of the therapy or home exercises to be painful. __________________

Hello all bunnies
Karen, that is wonderful news that the PT believes therapy shouldn't be painful. So many of them push you past the point of comfort. Rotator cuff issues are hard to heal and hard to get therapy on My dad had surgery on his several years ago and it took almost a year to get the range of motion back.__________________
