Is she a Phlebotomist too? I'll tell you what I hate more then anything about my job, is having to draw blood from an infant and their parent's are surrouding over you like a vultures and start trying to tell you how to do your job. Oh be careful, try to only stick her/him once. I mean I was the same way, before I became one with my child and I hate sticking kids, but the parent's can make it worse.

I don't draw blood. I work in radiology as a receptionist but I know what you mean about parents and kids. They think no one knows what they're doing.
