Bite Your Tongue
I have a question for you all.
When someone or something angers you greatly, to the point where you are ready to spit nails....do you confront that person and possibly start a **** ton of drama, or do you bite your tongue?? The past couple of days I have almost tasted blood in my mouth from biting my tongue so hard...what do YOU do in these situations? __________________

I often bite my tongue. But when they treat me like you-know-what I will stand up for myself... I mostly go off on my teddybears.

I bite my tongue if I dont think its worth it. But if something is really bothering me to an extreme point, then I'm gonna start lashing out. Otherwise I'll feel like a wuss or like I was compromising myself.

But would you flip out, KNOWING that it could get you in serious trouble?
I mean, sometimes things that seems so frivolous to others REALLY upsets me. Like for instance, you see someone whine and moan until they get their way, but when it's your turn you are blown off. I HATE that. __________________

If someone gets on my nerves, I avoid them, but if they keep pushing it, then I'll let them know what's on my mind. I'm not the loud, shouting, drama queen type. I tell them in a very sinister, cold, sarcastic tone how I view them, and make them feel like shiite. It feels great knowing that one icy sentence of mine can make a huge military man teary-eyed.

I smile. People who know me the best can always tell when I am ridiculously pissed because I grin. I just smile and nod and am extremely polite It's apparently extremely unsettling if you know me, and gets the point across with minimal drama.

I don't really do either. I don't like causing drama so I don't usually confront a person I just get real angry inside.

More often than not, I am left biting my tongue and being super polite. At least to their face. In my head, and later, to friends/coworkers I rant and rave. But partially because I've been working in Customer Service for so long, and partially because it's just my nature, I have trouble giving them what they deserve.

I usually try and keep my cool because I figure most things aren't worth getting really upset about, but sometimes I just get so ****ing pissed that I just can't hold back anymore. I've definitely cussed out a few people in my life. And I've got to say, I loved doing it.
On a completely unrelated note, Sadeyes, your avatar is one of the funniest I've seen in awhile. I love cats. |
