I don't think that it was Mark bec he can't be involved when it comes to that.. Shrug.. I'm sure that it can be w/ president of network.. Even tho I have see weirdest thing from them when they want to promote their show like that..

I looked it up, but not all the showrunners involved.. I mean, it was end of the day, it could be up to the head of network.. I mean, it's CW.. They want to make it more sexiers when some actors who are so pretty.. Shrug..

You think Mark would let anything go forward without his involvement?

And showrunners are involved with photoshoots the majority of the time as it sets the tone for the season.

Yeah, but not everything have to be his involvement since there are other backup beside him.. I mean.. Shrug.. And he wasn't the one who tell them to tell others about what's happening and stuff.. He need the casts to sell it more than him do it for the show..

In this case, with him being who he is... Of course he wouldn't tell them to out him, that means him losing control, but we know they were threatened to keep quiet. He's not the sort of person that would relinquish any control, tbh, photoshoots included.
