Yeah, I do think that if the season was longer, we might have. But by the time Dan died, it was only 2 episodes away from the series finale. But I do think they could have spent a little more time on it in 9x12.

Unless there was supposed to be a little bit of time jump between 9x11 and 9x12.

Because maybe Nathan and Jamie were still struggling and that is why they went on that little get away.

Haley wasn't as close, and of course Lydia was too small for it to matter.

Hmm, that made sense.. It just strange and I hate how most TV shows need to use time jump to skip to see the serious one.. Sigh..

Yeah it really wasn't a time to do a time jump, but I guess they had to do what they could with james' limited episodes

At least we got to see Haley bond with Lydia and Jamie during that time.

We did get that ending scene in the gym, in the time job right before the credits, but I don't think we could really count that because it was older Jamie from the back.
