Brooke was OOC when she posted all the pic of Rachel when she was fat, Rachel was OOC when she try to put the blame on Mouth's friend that he killed someone in school and stuff even tho she knew that it was his best friend, Peyton was OOC when she try to defend herself when she knew that she was lying, Nathan was OOC when he willing to lose the point and same w/ Lucas.. Etc, etc.. Including the adult too..

I feel like WB was so great w/ their character development, but when it comes to CW, they went 180 on them..

That wasn't OOC for Brooke at all and that happened in S3, not S4. Rachel was awful like that lol and Peyton standing up for herself against Brooke wasn't OOC. The only ones that is correct Nathan

S2 sucked ass when it came to development, so the WB wasn't great with it and even S3 wasn't perfect either when it came to that

That's my opinion.. Brooke is bully and that's why most kids decide to kill themselves if Brooke who posting all that so EVERYONE who see it..
