I've learned to accept that it's usually just a mom's fear and worry for us that makes them end up pressuring us - sometimes harming us by that when all they actually wanted was the opposite.

They can be (but I love her anyway...) and, yeah, it is.
If only I knew... I'm picky enough that I want to use my degrees... so what exactly can I get with a BA in History and an MA (once the monster I just handed in gets marked) in Medieval Studies? Right now I'd take some sort of temp thing to tide me over 'til something good comes along. I'm thinking of going back to uni for another course... but to do the one I want I need a years work experience which is difficult to find... Kia: you're right... it is difficult. Especially when I want to stay in the area that I live in already...
Neel: You want the list? I saw: NCIS, House, Bones, Criminal Minds, Private Practice, Grey's Anatomy, CSI:NY, CSI and ER. Yes. I am an addict. I'm being good and waiting for Ugly Betty (mostly because I only have to wait a week before it starts here)... and I'll watch Numb3rs tonight or tomorrow...Em __________________

I watched Grey's Anatomy
 , Private Practice , Gossip Girl  , NCIS  this week...Really enjoyed all of them. Didn't watch House 4.1 because I need to watch the second part of S3 before I do And haven't watched ER yet cause I missed the last episode of last season. Still need to watch that one too.... Waiting for Desperate Housewives now  And did you know that Ugly Betty is a German show? Well, at least the concept. We had a soap which had the same storyline and they sold it to the US and now it's Ugly Betty __________________
