Well, Mulder was sweet in that entire clip. I made sure that the entire inner narrative went along with the clip. Which meant I got to watch Mulder’s adorable offer to dance and his facial expression uncountable times last night!

I’m so glad there are people in this fandom who still write MSR stories. Otherwise I’d have no fanfics to read since I’ve pretty much outgrown all of my other fandoms. TXF is timeless.

Yeah, I love that there is so much still coming out and a lot in the past to read.

Sometimes I look at the dates the stories were written like some go back to 1996 and I wonder what the author who was such a fan then is doing with their lives now like still a fan or still creative writing? We’ll never know.

I have to be thankful to this new generation of fans who are so inspired to write about a couple who hasn’t been on our screens in decades. I watch TXF and I don’t feel like we’re living in a different decade. I tried rewatching One Tree Hill since I mod Hilarie Burton and it was a literal cringe fest. My goodness, what a terrible show. I can’t believe I was addicted to that show growing up.

I wonder if those fans have social media to help you track them. Or an email linked to those old stories. I love catching up with OG fans. I know a girl who was a huge writer for the One Tree Hill fandom back in the day and we are still mutuals on Tumblr. Maybe a few years ago I messaged her and she said she was so happy to see my message. I was such a dedicated reader and reviewer of her stories back then.
