We all know through out the XFiles series there was lots of talk of Aliens and UFOs.

I was just wondering is there any of you out here that believe that there is Alien life on planet Earth?

Quick answer? No, not really.

It's great to see fiction with those kinds of subjects: aliens, ufos... But to me, that's all that is: fiction.

really? lol..I'm really obsessed with aliens, ufos and space. I have almost every book I could find on aliens and ufos. I believe we can't be the only ones out here. There has to be more than just us. I'm like the only one in my family and town that believe the Roswell 1947 crash was an UFO. lol.

I do agree with you on the fiction part. I think alot of what we read is mainly just fiction, so I don't believe everything, I just believe there is another life form out there just like us.

Do I believe there is alien life out there? Yes.
Do I believe that there are aliens on Earth? Nope. I don't think they would be able to keep that a secret. Not hardly.

I'm in the majority here. I believe there must be other lifeforms out there. What are the odds of life solely on one single planet, out of billion others? Not good. [img]smilies/wink.gif[/img] And I don't think you can rely on Earhty methods to conclude if there can be life out there or not. The laws of nature might work different out there.

But like someone mentioned, I don't think there are any alive ones that have settled sown here for some reason. Too hard to hide. There will be someone who'll see something odd and the word will spread. And nowadays it seems there's always someone with a camera at hand when something big happens.
Although..I suppose if an alien crashlanded here and couldn't get back and realized it would be in his best interest to keep quiet, perhaps he/she could have succeeded. Assuming of course that he/she looked like us.
Oooor, if he/she was sent here as a baby and grew up in a human family...and was smart enough not to put any overnatural abilities into use...maybe. But it would probably get very lonely to keep a secret like that from everyone.

Who knows about Aliens. I've seen UFOs, but I never said it was from another planet. It was just unknown...

I've seen plenty of ghosts, so I know that they exist! *Loves ghosts to death*

As for the other things unexplained, hell, I believe that they could be real as well...I'm very open-minded about that kind of stuff.

Yes, I believe there is more life out there in the universe. None of the stuff they cook up in the X-Files, though, like the whole alien colonization. That's a little too far out there for me. But, yes, I believe the universe is far too large for there to only be one planet with life on it.

Yeah, I think it would be pretty arrogant of us to think that we are the 'only' life forms in the entire galaxy. I even believe that at one time- Mars was just like earth, but died out.

I've never really been into aliens and UFO'S and all that stuff but I definetly think that there is alien life out there somewhere in the universe, it's unlikely that Earth is the only planet with life.

I'm not convinced about alien life on Earth though, it's always a possibility but I think it's unlikely that we wouldn't of noticed.

Like Saint Thomas, I only believe what I see. I love the show but as a good fiction : it has, IMO, nothing to do with the reality.

I totally believe there is something else out there. I think the human race is conceited to think that in an infinite universe, possibly even an infinite multiverse, there is only one intelligent planet with creatures capable of evolution and complex understanding. I'm not sure there are any here today, but I am sure there have been in the past. I always like to illustrate the principle with this: Have you ever actually seen a million dollars? Doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

well, yes, i do believe that there is life out there in other galaxies and on other planets, but i don't think they're here inhabiting the Earth under our noses.

Really? *shudders* Far out. I have the biggest phobia of ghosts! If I ever saw one, I'd be tramatised for life. I might even drop dead on the spot. I pray that I don't see a ghost. To see a ghost is what I fear most I say that over and over. *shudders again* Can you tell me what you've seen? I'm so interested in the paranormal, but believe me, I wouldn't want to witness any of it!!

I think I've read every book ever published in Australia on UFOs/Aliens. I could go on and on about them, cos I have many theories. I was on the radio once, talking about the many species of alien. They thought I was completely insane, but I was just telling them what I've read over the years. When I hung up, they were just abusing the hell out of me! "And please, crazies, can you not ring the station about aliens please, we just had a crackpot on the line, as you would have heard." [img]smilies/jaw_drop.gif[/img] Well, they did invite people who knew something about UFOs to ring!

Anyways, I am guilble, I'll admit that and the xfiles do sometimes seem really plausable. But I do have a very over active imagination, but as I said, if I ever saw a ghost or a UFO or a green midgit, I don't know what I'd do!!!

I think maybe aliens are humans who have evolved over millions of years, they were cut out of the bible, just as homosexuals and Jesus's children and wife were, so maybe the MIBs were around 2,000 years ago.
