Really wish I got to see that play!

^ That would definitely be nice.
GA's mannerisms in those gifs remind me a bit of Betty Davis playing Baby Jane.

Thanks for those links, Leanne.

wow she looks so different there! just wow!

Yeah they do a bit, Miros. If she was in a remake of that movie, I wonder which role she would most want to play or be effective as, Jane or Blanche? (I'm now picturing her as Scully all gagged and bound in Pfaster's closet, so maybe Blanche)

Why would Dan be sitting next to GA? Think he liked the X-Files? ;)

Maybe an event in London after she moved there.

Right?! That's what you call a pro, bro!

Leanne, I can see her more as Baby Jane... :melt:

Wow young Daniel there! :)

 guys, thanks to my "AS" brain, I've been confused by automatically reading this thread "literally" for a while. :embarrassment: Kind of confusing! (I apparently really need emoticons on the forum!)

But GA really infiltrates her roles doesn't she?

I tend to think of GA in more sympathetic roles since Scully was the heart of the X-Files, but I guess she could play Baby Jane Hudson and succeed in disturbing me, which is why I won't watch "Straightheads"

Found an old magazine page of GA factoids but I'm putting it in a spoiler, since GA can sometimes be on the verge of PG-13 info, lol

Concerning the last comment GA made in the interview Leanne posted:

I experienced the same in England. But the Germans aren't that differen't. It's one thing to speak about emotions with befriended people but when you hardly know someone it's hard.

I saw a report on TV recently with an American in London who felt the same way. He drove with the tube every day and nobody wanted to talk to him. Then he created buttons that say:"I want to talk, please speak to me." Very funny :)

I read an article about that, the Londoners were all complaining about the idea of being expected to make small talk with strangers on the tube

boo hoo to them, lol

This is getting off topic but I remember having some pleasant conversations with people on the Tube and then saw why it's weird cause you can be having a pleasant talk and then suddenly their stop comes and they abruptly have to shut down the convo and say bye and you never see them again. They walk out of your life! :broken_heart:  so why start ???

Anyway, lol
