Well even though I'm watching the marathon's I ended up watching all of Season 2 last week on tape because I was in bed from my wisdom teeth extraction I just can't get enough AD.

I love all the foreshadowing of Buster's accident, with the hands and seals earlier on in Season 2. I swear, AD is the only comedy smart enough to have foreshadowing It really makes repeat viewings even better.

And sometimes, it's not even intentional at the original moment. I think.

And my favorite moment of the season, Henry Winkler jumping the shark.

Yesss. I laughed so hard at that the first time I saw it, and my parents didn't get it. So I explained. Old people are funny.

I think all the hand foreshadowing was intentional. Because later after Buster loses his hand, remember he sees the hand chair and the seal in his room, which were introduced in earlier episodes?

I convinced a friend to watch the marathon this Friday and see if he likes it. He's a smart guy so he *should*. Another friend I'm still working on. She *knows* she'd love it, and hasn't watched it because she doesn't want to get obsessed with something else. So I'm trying to wear her down.

Yeah, but remember in season 1 when we first heard that GOB's wife sold seals? Do you think they were foreshadowing that long ago, or that it was just something they started to add onto in the next season?

That one might have been a coincidence. Or maybe they had the idea, or maybe they just got the idea from that.

New Arrested Development convertee here! I had previously heard many good things about the show but never checked it out. I was flipping through the channels last Friday and caught most of the marathon. All I can say is that I'm completely addicted now! It's most definitely the funniest comedy on television, smart, intelligent humor at that.

Hey, a hop-on! Huzzah!

I am really glad to hear the marathons brought in at least one. Terpsichore, you definitely should rent the Season 1 DVDs and watch them.
