My weekend was busy.

I've been to the cinema, at a birthday party and in the woods mushroom picking. How about you?

Though, I'm not a huge fan of Halloween myself, except for the movies and free candy

I just like it because it's the beginning of the holiday season (which is our Thanksgiving, and then Christmas).

So...anyone start any new TV shows? Or rewatching any? Or finished watching?

I was supposed to be off from work today,, but my boss asked if I could work 12-4. So I said yes. I have to go shopping after work because we are in the line of the Hurricane Sandy. So I need canned food, candles, matches, etc.

Yeah, we're in line of the storm too. This one is supposed to be WORSE than Irene (not that Irene was that bad by the time it reached us - I'm in NY). We've been putting away everything loose in the yard, charging cell phones, making ice packs and getting out the coolers (and stocking up on the food, which is the best part

). I usually love storms, but Sandy is supposed to be AWFUL.

I'm in CT. My son is terrified of storms (it's awful) So that should be fun. My oldest will be okay and the baby will throw many temper tantrums over the fact that the tv won't work.
