I like Brooke/Lucas since they have good development even tho I felt like they put Brooke w/ Julian even tho she always be her second-choice bec he came back for Peyton..

I don't think BL's development was great tbh, since he was in love with her in 2.10 and he still treated her badly in S3. Brooke was Luke's second choice both times as well, at least Julian treated her the way she deserved and gave her his whole heart, two things Luke never did while they were dating.
