they had free peanuts at the steak place I went to Saturday...my aunt gave me some
so I ate some between lunch and dinner... peanuts are really filling and can curb yur appetite |

yes...but don't eat the peanuts beforehand if you are going to a party with lots of good food ... if you want to go to a nice place and spend less money... then eat the peanuts first..lol
