Thanks Kate, I put some medication cream on it and it’s slowly fading, hopefully I don’t get another one when I do my 2nd injection on Friday

Got my new glasses, love them but now I have a headache, which I think is common when adjusting to new glasses, at least everything is clearer now

Got the training kit for the biweekly injection, it’s just a pen without the needle but good for practicing before having to do the actual injection, I think I understand, it’s just getting the nerve to actually push down on the trigger that’s the hard part

I think I would as well have a problem with pushing the trigger. I'm not good with pain. :

It only hurts for a second but yep the trigger part is the hardest, I’ve been practicing though and it’s getting easier

I’m supposed to do it tomorrow but I have to go to the dentist to redo an old filling, not sure if I want to do the dentist and the biweekly shot on the same day so might wait until Friday to do it

The dentist is the only place I went during COVID. (getting a tooth removed wasn't as bad as I had thought!)

I don’t like the dentist either but it went well

Did my second shot, I was going to wait but i was feeling okay after the dentist and I just wanted to get it done so I could keep on schedule, it wasn’t bad, felt a pinch but breathed and got through it, just glad i got it done

I’m glad too Kate , I think the training pen helped, I just kept practicing, I think it will get easier once I get used to doing it, at least it’s scheduled so I can prepare, I have to do my next one on Thanksgiving though
