Sigh, BIL dropped the kids off yesterday, they are staying until Wednesday and sister still gave them home homework to do, they have to do it

I get wanting to keep them busy but it’s summer, they deserve a break from homework

We got some clouds and some sunshine and some rain yesterday and it remained hot. Think today will end up being more of the same.

Reading, Math, Writing, English, Chinese and they have to do one science experiment per day- sister provides supplies for that

Why Chinese? Glad she does give them supplies but wow does all of that sound hard and time consuming. When do they get to just be kids?

They are in Chinese school on Saturdays. Oh I agree, plus all 3 kids are in swimming, oldest also does gymnastics and ballet and middle does soccer. No clue how they fit it all in during the week.

But insurance finally approved my new med, so I’m going to pick it up today and hopefully it starts to work, kids left yesterday
