That’s great
I did something to my right shoulder, no clue what but every time I try to move it, it’s so painful  I might see if I can get into urgent care because my doctor is only open Monday-Friday and I don’t want to wait until Monday, if it’s this painful__________________

Yes they just gave me a shoulder brace, they said it was just a strain
 I just have to wear the brace for 3 days and see if it gets better, it is starting to feel better, at least I can move it now without crying out in pain and I’m taking Aleeve too so that helps__________________

It seriously takes me a few days to get adjusted to the time change
 Kids are doing sand art tomorrow, that should be fun for them and I have enough bottles and sand that everyone should be able to do multiple projects if they want  __________________

I think the last two enrichments the kids will love too, next week they are doing diy magnets and then the last enrichment they are doing the straw roller coasters

We don’t do enrichments in December since it’s only 2 weeks before they have their winter break and they are off the entire week of Thanksgiving so after tomorrow’s, there’s only two more Monday enrichments (15th and the 29th)

it’s a roller coaster that the kids make out of plastic drinking straws, so they make a track out of the straws then send a ping pong ball down the tracks, lots of fun for the kids but also takes a lot of time __________________
