Witness Discussion - Where it all started...
Anyone seen Viggo as a Amish guy in this movie? It wasn't a big part but it started his career basically. He started getting bigger parts after that. I have Witness because it's one of my favourite Harrison Ford movies and just laughed at how young Viggo looks in the movie!

Is that the movie with the little Amish guy who witnesses a murder?

Yeah, and it was one of the crappiest movies I've ever seen. I watched it with my cousin abby_anne there and we were dying halfway through the film, but Viggo was kinda amusing to watch because it was so obvious that he wanted to get as much screen time as possible by craning his neck and moving a lot and following the view of the camera and then grinning from ear to ear though he really wasn't looking at anything in particular. I watched part of this movie and was waiting for Viggo, but I couldn't spot him. I guess I missed him...

You must notice Viggo. He wanted to work so he kept trying to make himself noticed on camera. You have to notice ONE Amish guy being all smiley and moving around alot.

Oh I see. I wasn't really paying attention anyway, but I think my aunt noticed him, and by the time I checked the TV, he was gone again.

Yeah, it's kind of a blink-and-you'll-miss-him kinda role. I watched it one night when it was the late night movie and I just happened to notice it was on and thought, "OMG, Viggo's in that!" so I watched and waited to catch the few glimpses of him. Pretty sad when you start to watch this movie and start going in slow-mo so you can catch him in this movie. I find it hysterical that he was one of the background players but like an upcoming artist, wanted to be notice.

Viggo was so cute in this movie even though he did'nt say anything. He had a straw hat and everything.

I watched Viggo in this movie and I thought to myself, "Did this man age!?" Obviously not cause he looks exactly the same.
True, he did not have a huge part in this movie but he's definitely one you'd look twice at. __________________
