I think the Logan thing also hurt the show. A lot of fans didn't like her with him.

They drastically changed her character when she was with him and I think it hurt the true fans of the show that fell in love with it because Rory was the good girl the book nerd

Yes, that was it as well. Also, the only moment I liked from season 4 was when Jess ame back and asked her what's going on? Basically he put her life back together.

the 2 main parts I liked about S4 was Jess returning and all of his scenes and then Luke and Lorelai finally getting together officially

even though it was frustrating to watch I think Rory dropping out of Yale was important to her growth as a character and I think she's a good example of a character that shows that sometimes things don't always go according to how you plan them

I really do dislike the whole Rory and Dean post S3 plot though (just ugh no )

Yeah, I think that Rory being with a guy like Logan was so out of character for her.

that was season 6. I do remember hearing the Lauren and Amy at times felt that it should end with the family coming together.

I don’t really see it as completely out of character b/c at that point in her life she was drawn/attracted to that lifestyle

But she really should’ve left him for good after the whole bridesmaids episode

I think with a lot of the show they really missed opportunities to have some great storylines. I think with Rory and that whole being into that lifestyle would have nice to see some conversations about what if she grew up in that lifestyle and wonder why her mom didn’t like it.

Same with Jess and Rory I wish they would have shown them bond over the dad thing, he was the only boyfriend that Rory had that in common with and I feel it would have been some nice moments.
