I got the impression that the video interview was an older one. So if he said in a more current interview that he doesn't smoke and is healthy, then he'd be telling the truth. It's not like he said he never smoked in his life, lol.

"Doesn’t smoke" meaning that he quit a while ago. This interview is a little old but new to me, the interviewer is asking what his new years resolution is (Hint, it was maybe around the beginning of the year) all the Heroes interviews and articles started poring out somewhere in the beginning of the year. He didn’t lie; he's healthy because he quit.

He said he quit smoking and drinking a few years ago. I've read that before.

Madelen yeah it's from the same event cause the background from the pic is the same from the interview...
about the smoking thing for him to be able to just quit like he said to me i think only like social smokers would be able to do that...you know the people that don't smoke a pack a day but will smoke if others are or if their stressed out type thing...but those are just my thoughts. __________________

Well for the role of Jess on Gilmore Girls and Chris on American Dreams his characters did smoke so maybe it was something he was working on and decided quite once he was done with American Dreams.
I know with some people it depends on how they quite. My grandpa quite cold turkey. While my other friend Loretta just kepted a journal and would keep track of when she smoked so this way she would change her habit and then she would ween her way down and was able to be sussessful in changing her life style. Either way I am happy for him. It is not easy but in the end it is so well worth it and very rewarding for the long run in living a healthy long life. Great interview! I also loved reading the article on his life and Heroes. I am glad he is more confident and is starting to believe in himself more. __________________

No, Milo doesn't drink alcohol. Only reason why I know that is true is because when I went to the 2007 Grand Slam in Burbank CA to meet Hayden Panettiere in April, during Hayden's Q&A she mentioned her fellow Heroes co stars and was talking about Milo and how he is a vegertaian and how Milo doesn't drink and is usually the designated driver when they all go out to a party and how she teases him all the time for it.
