I'm an assistant dance teacher ever since I was 17 for my dance teacher and I choreograph a lot for the recitals. So I had videographer I'm not gonna teach your boyfriend how to dance for my high school group and when it says "one!" in the beginning, one girl wil do a one hands backflip, "two" two girls will do a double backflip, "three!" three girls will do a triple backflip. I was showing them a run-through of the dance and when I got to the triple backflip, I landed wrong on my foot and it cracked and I went into the splits

Yeah, it was a really awesome dance. But I'm glad my foot will be healed by the next recital so I can still show them the rest of the dance
