I'm hoping that there will be a chat with BL or someone else from the cast on nbc.com like there was after last seasons premiere. If there is I say we all go and mention JD/Elliot and why we want them together.

Janine, I'm sure it'll be busy on the GA board that night (as it is every Thursday night during the season) and you'll be modding the board but maybe you can pop over there real quick just to post about JD/Elliot?

im actually quite confident that the show will end with Jelliot at this point... unless something huge happened during break. One of the writers let it slip in one of the commentaries that there was a general consensus among writers to go back to "bread and butter" of the show... while he was talking about Elliot & JD relationship.
it just fits... it would also explain why they brought the entire relationship up again ... considering they already buried it. I refuse to believe it was only to generate a cliffhanger or something useless like that.

personally i think its the right choice of course. Bill's main problem was that he didn't want the show to be the will they/won't they thing... but now that its getting close to the end, i think he is going to relax that rule...

I remember hearing that, Rubik. After the finale, I was pretty confident that they were going to happen again. The spoilers just made me even more confident.

I agree. If JD and Elliot had still been hooking up and breaking up throughout Seasons 4, 5 and 6, no-one would have had any patience left. Like, Ross and Rachel. I was happy they got together in the end but I was unhappy that it took until the end just for them to get together. I thought we should have seen them in a relationship again for the final few years of the show but that didn't happen.

Now, because JD and Elliot's relationship has been on the backburner for so long, it's refreshing to now see their old dynamic brought back after so much has happened to them both.
