706 – IT’S ALL ABOUT HOW YOU PLAY THE GAME…AS LONG AS YOU WIN – Dr. Kelso (Ken Jenkins) signs Sacred Heart up for RateYourDoctor.org, a website where patients can evaluate and score their doctors, in hopes that is will lead to better patient care. However while in pursuit of the number one spot Turk (Donald Faison) and Dr. Cox (John C. McGinley) play dirty to take J.D. (Zach Braff) out of the running. Meanwhile, Eliot (Sarah Chalke) struggles with ethics when one of her terminal patients reveals that she intentionally overdosed on medication. Elsewhere, Carla (Judy Reyes) can’t figure out what the Janitor’s (Neil Flynn) new girlfriend could possibly see in him.

Which... Personally I hope is Cox. But instead of being unattached to the hospital like Kelso, Cox works hard and still takes patients.

I hope it's Cox too, but I doubt it. Cox has never really played the game. But then he made it to residency director, so maybe it could be him..

I thought it was another great episode in a great season. I didn't think that the elliot part was confusing at all. It was also nice to see that the Janitor can hid his crazy every once in a while

I though it was great how he took out the stuffed squirrel and showed her

It also seemed that JD and Elliot had a god moment towards the end of the show

Like to see some caps from this episode!

gah- another great episode!!!!!!!!!!! Just loved Turke saying "but sometimes that is what I'm talking about..." hahaha

and I'm really loving JD this season. His geekyness is just adorable!!

do we have more episodes coming??becuase so far I'm loving this season...
