Same. I remember watching the commentary for that episode. I think it was Sarah, Donald, and Bill. They were all laughing at the dance, which in turn made them feel bad, but then they admitted to not being able to get it out of their head when they first shot the scene.

It wasn't just the Hivvy that wasn't productive. They concocted a whole story with essentially ended with Turk jumping out of a hazmat bin to scare the interns, and Tuk and Elliot laughing their asses off that them.
