yeah I tried to get one of the number plates but the pic I found had that part blurred

can we please have a clue for 13D?

It's partly visible in the picture with Piper on the side of the house in the crossword? It's kind of behind her.

Close enough "storm cellar door" (Though it likely would just lead to the basement of the house but it's never seen as close in any other episode afaik)

I managed to maybe get a fe numbers and letters and wrote it down but now I can't find the paper I wrote them on....have to go back and watch again.
