Me too! But even from where I am, it's at least 9 hours away, because you can't drive straight there, it's either by train or plane. ...but we made a lot of changes to our zoo so it's now a polar bear rescue, it's a great facility they have space to really swim and it's kept cool and everything. If you're ever in Winnipeg it's definitely worth a visit.

You made me curious so I went and looked for info, Winnipeg is colder in the winter for sure, but probably less damp. ...but your summer average is 16?! That's insane! It has to be all the ocean air right? We live by a lake and when the wind is the right way it cools off pretty quick.

I have flown to Winnipeg. I went with a friend who was from their. It's super cold in the winter to me. It was like minus forty or something. I was freezing .

No I don't have any, but I've been wanting to get one for awhile now. And I spend almost a week in Vancouver every summer (I go to the Supernatural convention. ...and see the sights, explore etc.) and just thought it would be cool to get my tattoo over there then here. Another experience and story to tell. So I was trying to get an idea of good places, what kind of prices etc.

Winter does get cold. They don't bother closing down schools until it hits -45...with or without the windchill.
