Thanks. I am planning get vaccinated for Covid-19 tomorrow. I put it off for a while. Hopefully I will not not feel many side effects? Enjoy this weekend.

Well, they called back & said that they don't have the Moderna vaccine available, so I'll need to re-schedule next week. Anyway, it's been an overall pleasant day here.

Thanks. I'm fine. Plenty going going with hurricane Ian & the Marilyn Monroe controversial Netflix film "Blonde" that was released recently. That's a film that I doubt the means justified the end just from reading reviews of it, which some have been positive, but it's like why was that movie made that was based on a freaking novel? Anyway, if you sit through that 1 you have more courage in that regard than I do. I'd rather her watch a film that actually had Marilyn Monroe in it. What else is going on?

I heard that Blonde was getting criticized for its portrayal of Marilyn Monroe, especially with all the gratuitous sex scenes and its treatment of her as a sexual object.

Also, I found it a bit hypocritical that John Leguizamo objected to the casting of James Franco as Cuban dictator Fidel Castro by saying, "he ain't Latino," when he had nothing to say about Cuban actress Ana de Armas playing the very non-Latino Marilyn Monroe... and playing her with a Cuban accent.

Nothing going on. Just hoping that my Phillies make the playoffs, that's all. September flew by really fast.
