I thought this was interesting. Possible foreshadowing Gladys is behind it all? And I also noticed she sure kept painted Hiram as the mastermind behind it.

Yep. Once Gladys&Jughead are alone you got Gladys asking more about G&G, and how far invested Jughead is, and then you got him telling her he's just trying to figure out who's behind it all. Also. The GK did more of that than Hiram but interesting Gladys who supposedly been in Toldeo apparently knew the GK's plan.

Yep, and with this I'm thinking Gladys could've been an orphan at the SOQM, and it could explain why she takes in orphans, and don't want to bail on them.

Yep, and remember what I said about her and Betty using fear&darkness and hope&lightness? Well next to Gladys right eye are 3 black dots, and seems when Betty was posing as the Griffin Queen next to her right eye was 2 white dots.

Another thing to add to it is the parallel girl talk scenes between Gladys&Betty. Before Gladys started torturing Penny she told the others she and Penny were gonna have some girl talk. When Betty blackmailed Cheryl she called it fun girl talk. Plus in both scenes, they both mainly done it for Jughead.

Yep, they haven't shared the screen yet, and already there are similarities between them. Looking forward to them finally coming face to face, and the Mother-In-Law&Daughter-In-Law showdown between them.
