They said they had his D.N.A and fingerprints. Later when the BH showed up he had a hook. So my guess is he tricked them by cutting off his own hand and leaving it for D.N.A and fingerprints. I read a theory that she's going uncover to save her Niece. Basically, she's doing what she did in 3x07/3x08.

It's when she was in the SOQM. She exposed the Sisters fake GK, rescued the girls, and shut the SOQM down. She did it once, and I do believe she'll do it again.
