I heard great things about Selfie (despite the not-so-nice show title).

I had a lot of favourite shows that were canned way too early. Like Wonderfalls, Dead Like Me, Happy Endings etc.

For me it was Dark Angel and Tru Calling, Fox cancelled so many great and highly rated shows back then. I didn't watch Firefly but many were pissed about that cancelling too. That's why I hope some don't get too attached to Empire since that's on Fox, the murdering channel. I liked AC and I think it will get a second season. AOS was disappointing most of S1 and it came back so I expect the same to happen to AC. I liked the show but I'm ready to get back to AOS. That show has been so great this season.

Ahh I loved Tru Calling. That show ended way too early too.

And I agree about AOS. I heard ratings wasn't too hot too in the beginning but the show improved a lot and so did its ratings. Fox renewed it with the hopes of building on the Marvel fandom and the show slowly growing on viewers and it worked.

Selfie was so good!

Alias had not so good ratings throughout the series, but was critically acclaimed, and it lasted for 5 seasons! I really hope AC gets at least one more season and maybe two!

I personally was very upset that they cancelled A to Z. It was such a cute romantic comedy and it started to get really good toward the end. What bugs me the most was that it was only mean to be 26 episodes (A-Z) and it cancelled it at 13 episodes

At least the last episode was very nice and I could accept it ending that way.

That being said, I feel the same way with Agent Carter. If episode 8 was the last episode, I would be okay with it. It ended in a high place in my eyes. She helps Stark, gains respect and moves on from Rodgers. I was thrilled. I'm worried they might over do it if they continue.

I think the intention was to end it like it was over, meaning no cliffhanger, etc., but I feel like there is still so much more story to tell in Peggy's universe!

Agreed, they wrapped it up REALLY nicely but I would still want a Season 2 because like Jessica, I think there's still so much of her story to tell. Plus I want to know more about characters like Dottie.

I guess we'll know in a month or two. Ugh.

^ This is very true. Unfortunately, I worry that if the rating are not too good they may just leave it as a cliffhanger and it would be worse than if they had stopped at 8 episodes.

I feel like Fox will be slightly different though, in evaluating the show's feasibility in terms of Season 2. It's all tied in with the Marvel movies so there's a case for them to at least renew it for one more season to help keep up interest among movie goers during breaks in the movies.
