How long before you would have wanted them to date before the shooting? I also would have been tempted to push back the shooting back an couple of episodes so you could have built more into Jimmy's actions than what we got.

Definitely by early season 3, first 5 episodes at least.

I wouldn't have wanted them to get together that early on in the season. 11-12 episodes would have worked well for me

5 episodes into season 3 is just too early for me and I would have wanted to build them up for an bit longer.

I would have keep them apart for the first half of the season, mainly focusing on developing their relationships with other people and their storylines for the season.

Maybe, I would have wanted to see Luke hanging out with the RC court guys again and Peyton with Anna/Haley, so that would have taken an few episodes at least.
