What makes Lucas and Haley's relationship so unique and above any other friendship on this show is their unwavering belief in each other. They've fallen many times as individuals and have become lesser version of themselves but not once have they lost faith in each other's hearts. Even through the tour of contrivance and the triangle from hell Lucas and Haley's relationship remains the purest one of all the relationship we've seen on the show. Their intense loyalty has passed the test of time, distance and has overcame any offending obstacles that has come in their way. They have grown up attached at the hip and despite minor set backs in their relationship -- Lucas and Haley continue to have an undeniable connection.

I've loved Lucas and Haley since the pilot. They've been there for each other no matter what. When Lucas wanted to
join the Ravens, Haley supported him. Just like Lucas supported her when she went on tour. They're friendship is
so real and it's evident in all of their scenes. They can have a scene for 10 seconds, or a scene for 5 minutes,
and you still feel the chemistry. They trust each other, they care for each other, and they worry about each other. They are more than just best friends, Lucas and Haley are family. It's amazing to look back and see how far they have come together. Lucas has always been there in some way for Haley, just like she's been there for him. It's a relief to watch their scenes because they are so comfortable with each other. They both are amazing and talented and by far, the best and most real friendship on this show.

From the pilot episode it was instantly clear to me that Lucas and Haley shared something special….something deeper that even the romantic relationships on the show could never share. They are one soul stored in two bodies. The words soul mates perfectly describes their relationship. Throughout all the turmoil they’ve been through in their lives, they are always there for each other no questions asked. While all the other friendships and relationships have crumbled at some point in time, Lucas and Haley remain together through thick and thin. To me, their relationship is the core of the show. The journey they shared from outsiders, when they only had each other to now, when even though their lives have taken different paths, they remain to be the best of friends. Unfortunately, their friendship can often take a backseat to other story-lines on the show but that’s not to mean that the importance of their friendship is as easy to push aside from the fans point of view. Lucas and Haley remain, for me at least, the reason I still watch the show. Lucas will always be Haley’s “Other Boy” while Haley will forever be Lucas’ “Number One Girl”. Best friends….till the end

I think Lucas and Haley have one of the best friendships on the show and it is the original friendship and bond of the series. What makes it special for me is how comfortable they are discussing life and all things to do with it, so comfortably. She is a beautiful woman, strong and independent. He is a pretty decent guy too. They bond like no other two people on the show and can talk about anything in the world and know it would go any further. Secrets are secrets with these two and the support they have for each other is never ending. From BFFS to in laws, they rocketh.

Lucas and Haley, the two reasons why I watch One Tree Hill and why I still watch the show. Lucas and Haley's relationship has been solid since the pilot - the only relationship on the show that has always worked well and never failed. Haley has always been there for Lucas as a guiding light and Lucas has always been there to support his best friend, even when nobody else was. From the day I first saw Lucas and Haley together years ago, I was instantly in awe of their dedication and love for each other. Lucas was, and still is, always comfortable and able to be himself with Haley. Even in season one, Lucas has always shared his love of literature and writing and Haley started singing in his mom's cafe - both are passions that they both uphold today as adults as their careers. Haley would of never expressed her passion for music and Lucas would of never tapped into his love for writing if it was not for the love and support they give each other. They have shared their most personal dreams and moments with each other, like when Haley first told Lucas that she was pregnant because she could confide in Lucas for support and also when Lucas showed Haley first the book he had been writing. Without their endless care for each other, they would not be the great adults they are today. I have always thought of Lucas and Haley more as siblings then friends - Lucas and his mother Karen basically raised Haley, and as adults Haley and her husband Nathan make sure Lucas is a big part of their growing family. They have never excluded each other. Because of their deepest love for each other and the fact that I know they will always remain true friends is the reason I love Lucas and Haley.

I love Lucas and Haley's friendship because it's pure. It is nothing like any other relationship on the show. There is never any mistrust, dishonesty or silly fights. Lucas is always there for Haley. No other person can mean to Lucas what Haley means to him. She is the only person in his life besides his mother he can really depend on. Their friendship is one of the main reasons I began to watch the show in season one because its one of those friendships that everyone wants. It's to have someone looking out for you and being there for you no matter what forever. Even in season six Lucas and Haley's friendship is still as strong as its always been and if the show went on for six more years, I am sure Lucas and Haley will still be the best of friends because they are a party of two through thick and thin!

I fell in love with the Lucas and Haley friendship from the first moment they appeared in the same scene together. Lucas and Haley have shown us what it means to be a friend -- someone to have fun with, someone to share the good times and the bad, someone to turn to when times get rough, someone to share your deepest thoughts with, someone who sees you when you look your worst and loves you all the more for it, someone you can trust and believe in and who trusts and believes in you, someone to share your dreams with and who is there to support and comfort you when your dreams don't come true and someone to learn life's lessons with as you grow older together. A friendship like this doesn't come along very often and those who have someone like Lucas or Haley as a best friend in their life are truly blessed. Lucas and Haley show us all what we truly wish for in a friend.

There are a lot of things to say about Lucas and Haley but I’m just going to talk about one. LOVE. Their love for each other. Their love which is not passion or true love but LOVE as trusting each other, supporting each other, helping each other, through the darkness as one, not two separate souls. They don’t need to talk or say something. They know how the other feels just looking at each other. When I watch a scene of Lucas and Haley, all I see is their LOVE for each other and the fact they through a lot together no matter what and they will be together until the end of time because that what are best friends, LOVE for each other until the end of time no matter what they do.

Lucas and Haley. They’re one of the few friendships that I adore on this show. They have a certain ease and comfort around one another, which is most likely due to Joy and Chad’s brilliant chemistry together. Lucas and Haley will always have each other’s back; when one of them is being a lesser person, the other would call it like it is. They don’t beat around the bush, which I think is key to their strong friendship. They’re family. Even if Haley hadn’t married Nathan, they would have always been family. It has been a joy to see their friendship last throughout the season, and I’m sure it will continue to do so.

I adore Lucas and Haley's friendship because it is pure, sweet, and wonderful. They have this chemistry that goes beyond friendship and there is this amazing love between them that can be seen without them saying anything at all. Lucas and Haley have a home with each other by having comfort, honesty, and trust. They have a bond that can never be broken, no matter how much life throws at them. Their relationship is the reason I started watching One Tree Hill from their first forehead touch and I continue to watch in hopes of seeing more magical Lucas and Haley scenes.

I love Lucas and Haley because they have a friendship that is so pure and true, nothing can touch it. No matter what the other is going through, they are there in an instant, never judging, just a constant shoulder to lean on. It doesn't matter who Lucas is with, or what Haley might be going through at any given time - their number one confidante is each other, and it makes me very happy to see such a real friendship fleshed out on TV. On top of that, Joy and Chad's chemistry is off the charts, and it is 100% believable that these two are best friends.
