Paul will do more in behind of camera than being on screen since he mentions that in one of his interview that I read it in last month or before that..

Well, if that's what he wants to do and try himself in then I wish him all the best luck. Obviously, seeing him on screen is a joy, but if he decides to try something different, then he definitely should go for it.

Yeah even I think that he prefer to do small role than huge role, but it would be awesome if he take a big role, but maybe when it comes to TV show..

Whatever suits him. But I can't say I'm that happy with this since I love Paul as an actor...

I think Paul is a fantastic actor indeed I'll even go as far as saying that OTH didn't do him enough justice and didn't explore his potential and his acting talent fully. I mean, of course Dan was a pretty complex and entertaining character and he had an intense story but there were too many points in which writers basically turned Dan into a comic villian instead of focusing on his emotional struggles or his issues with other people and himself. It was explored in the last season and in some of the earlier seasons but there were periodes when his character was almost irrelevent to the plot which was a great shame. That's why I always thought that Paul should get a recruting role in some tv show or maybe play a main character in some movie. However, the decision is up to him and if he wants to try himself in something else then so it be, as long as he's happy.

^ Yeah, I agree. I also wonder, why writers decided to explore his character and give him a right ending so late in the show, in season 9, if they thought that S8 is going to be the last season? I mean, it's not like anything much happened in S8 and I'm pretty sure the Dan storyline would be a great one for NH since they didn't had one in this season and James was in it for a full time... so why wait?

That because I felt like they was scare to give them good storyline so late, but yet, use them for comical one?? Not necessary since I saw other shows can do much better since they can take a risk, but know where not to cross the lines unlike they did w/ OTH characters in general which that's why the show wasn't all mighty great, but it's good, not "so amazing" good... If that make sense..

Yeah, it could be good, but never was great/awesome, I agree.
Maybe he wanted Brooke to shine completely in S8 and that's why he he didn't give the other two very important characters storylines... this was a bad move IMO. But oh well, at least we got S9, I think we can be grateful for that.

I seriously can't remember what went happen in S8 at all.. I def for sure that S8 wasn't exist at all since I would consider S9 is S8 for me.. But so grateful that they bring him back for final season because if they didn't then I think that S9 would totally pointless to have another one..

Dan/Paul is definitely one of the biggest reasons why S9 is much better than S8.
