I saw the chemistry, and I loved their musical connection.
And since I didn't care much about Haley/Nathan at this time, it probably made it easier for me to love Haley/Chris.

I felt bad for Nathan but I was really liking Haley/Chris. lol That was the only thing really.
So I didn't want my favorite character to get heartbroken but I sort of team Deb so I sort of wanted Nathan to see how right Deb was for disapproving of his marriage with Haley to begin with.

Their chemistry was pretty decent that season, that's for sure. Chris had chemistry with a lot of people though lol

Deb did have a point, even if she went about it in the wrong way.

I felt it more with Haley and never saw it with Brooke. Never saw it much with Peyton as well.

Probably since I don't multiship that much. lol So I was just glued into Haley/Chris. lol

I felt Deb went about it pretty normal since her underage son got married... I'd be a bit ticked off as well. lol
Although the only problem I had with Deb was that she wasn't parent of the year and left her kid with Dan all the time and Nathan was pretty much sleeping around so where was her great parenting at that time.

^ I didn't, and I wanted to but I didn't... I really thought I'd see it with Brooke/Chris, but I felt nothing during their scenes.

Same with Peyton/Chris, on paper, I'd think I love it since I like the whole love-hate thing but I didn't care....

And yeah no parent wants to see that.

I'm actually liking them more as I'm re-watching S2 rn when they're recording together but obviously I feel bad for Nathan

I guess I just like Chris more in general as I'm re-watching this time around and his voice sounds really different from the later seasons

I definitely prefer S3 Naley over S2
