I think what part of made me ship them so much was their chemistry. They didn't even have to say anything in scenes. It was in their eyes. The love, radiating through...I never saw that between any of the love interests that either character subsequently had.

I agree, that was a big part of what got me shipping them too, all they had to do was look at each other & you knew there was love there
