With this showrunner there is. He managed to mess everything else up, zero valid reason to believe this would be any different.

Pretty hard to screw up friendship scenes, especially since this show suffered more from having the core 5 too separated from each other at different times.

Not difficult at all, tbh. Actually far easier to mess them up if anything, considering the scenes are already difficult to film.
