I think we just won't see her much. She's a guest character so not as if they really need to explain it. They probably just won't have cases her agency are involved in.

It doesn't bother me. It would if there was any specific reason that she needed to be there, but there isn't, she doesn't work with them directly and she and Riggs aren't actually together, so it's easier for her to disappear for a while.
