5.11 - "You're Gonna Need Someone On Your Side"
On the eve of Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Lindsey’s (guest star Michaela McManus) marriage, they conspire to save Nathan (James Lafferty) and Haley’s (Bethany Joy Galeotti). Brooke (Sophia Bush) pairs Peyton (Hilarie Burton) with a surprise old boyfriend, while dealing with Victoria (guest star Daphne Zuniga). Rachel (guest star Danneel Harris) returns to Tree Hill facing old challenges, while Dan (guest star Paul Johansson) also returns hoping for a fresh start. Antwon Tanner and Lee Norris also star. Michael J. Leone directed the episode written by Zachary Haynes. |

Aww Brooke and Jamie I have always loved these pairing.

i really loved this episode.
it was nice seeing dan integrated into the series again, even if just slightly. victoria is such a horrible person. omg. she was awful this season. loved seeing all the n/h angst. it was one of the times i really shipped them again because the show made me want to root for them. i with it had lasted just a bit longer. LOVED seeing Rachel in the episode omg. <3 her scenes with peyton specifically were so fun. i wish they'd kept her around this season a bit longer. rachel/brooke were cute too. and it was nice to see mouth and rachel too. brooke making lindseys wedding dress was WTF. brooke, thats a bit far. love loved loved all the LP stuff at the party even if it was just a few looks. it was great seeing some jealousy again on lukes end when he saw her with chase. loveeeeeeeeee it. and bevin saying she thought luke would marry peyton was epic. her being married to tim made sense.  and of course haley realizing lucas still loved peyton at the end.all the chase/owen stuff was just HILARIOUS and i loved seeing the brooke/chase moments as well, they were adorable. i really wish they hadnt of just dropped the chase/brooke thing but oh well. |
