In a club...kinda obvious lol
Everyone mingling in the club, talking to each other. Pretty much different scenes with every character and trying to make it all work. Not too eventful  OH BUT THE LP KISS  Cannot believe I forgot about that.Haley being miss self-righteous thinking Peyton is the devil and Lucas is this innocent saint. __________________

Haley always saw Lucas as the innocent one. After all the crap Lucas did in Season 1 with playing Brooke and Peyton and then in Season 2 of being just a jackass. I'd think she'd really know the real side of Luke and knowing he wasn't being true to anyone.

lucas was her best friend though so i guess she just always wanted to see the good in him.
she WAS really pissed off at him in season 1, but in season 5 it seems she took that anger towards peyton. but i guess it shows how good of friends her and peyton were in season 5 that she was that upset about peyton's actions. |

This was the episode where I stopped supporting Haley/Peyton's friendship. I felt after season 2, it became one sided and was always about how Haley was feeling at the time and whether or not she felt Peyton deserved her time/friendship and this storyline proved it to me.

Haley always let things come between her and Peyton and vise versa. S1, 2, 3, and 5 all have examples of the faults in their friendship.

This episode also made me hate Lucas sooo much. I was shocked and horrified that he proposed to Lindsey with Peyton's ring and him standing there watching Peyton's heartbreak with a smug look on his face was disgusting. I was soooo mad at him after that episode, I wasn't sure I wanted Leyton together after that. (I quickly changed my mind after I realized how much I disliked Lindsey after the school library episode).

ITA. Lucas was being a real jerk in S5. I understand he was hurt but still...... And the library scene was just awful for everyone
